Glasgow Small Group Personal Training

Our in person small group personal training is perfect for women looking to build more confidence at the gym and ultimately have accountability from a team of experts. Combined we have over 15 years experience supporting women in fitness.

If you’re looking for a safe, encouraging environment to train in, then Xceed is for you!

Our focus is on getting you life changing results and giving you total clarity and structure in your journey, so you can gain amazing confidence and ultimately live your best life!

We have 3 programmes depending on your goals that you will embark on for 12 weeks. Our LEAN programme designed to help you lose weight, drop body fat and look your best for your next event. Our BUILD programme designed to help you build strength & shape. Our PERFORM programme designed to get you performing at your best day to day and for your next big event.

You will be joining us 2x or 3x per week for small group coaching sessions at the gym and will have supplementary training programmes to follow outside of the gym too, we have your back every step of the way and your results are our reputation, we care!

Included in your package is:

  • 2/3 Weekly Small Group Personal Training Sessions per week with our expert team
  • Complementary conditioning personal training session every weekend
  • Accountability from your coaches
  • Complementary training programme to follow outwith your training @ Xceed
  • Private Facebook Community of Likeminded Women
  • You will be signing up for either 3, 6 or 12 months of in person small group Personal Training
  • The longer the coaching agreement the lower the cost.

3 Months small group personal training

2x per week: Tue & Thur
Times: Choose one from 6am, 7am, 6pm & 7pm
Cost: £240 per month

3x per week: Mon, Wed, Fri

6 Months small group personal training

2x per week: Tue & Thur
Times: choose one from 6am, 7am, 6pm & 7pm
Cost: £220 per month

3x per week: Mon, Wed, Fri
Times: choose one from 6am, 7am, 6pm & 7pm
Cost: £300 per month

12 Months small group personal training

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6am

3 months – £320pm
